Delivery Partner (Australia Post)

We have partnered with Australia Post (AusPost) to provide reliable, timely deliveries at competitive delivery rates, helping us lower global shipping costs and passing these savings on to our customers. Established in 1809, AusPost is Australia’s trusted national postal service, offering comprehensive nationwide and international shipping with tracking and logistics support.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver internationally only to Singapore but plan to expand to more countries soon, focusing first on ensuring stable international delivery.

The delivery timeframe guide reflects the delivery time after the order is delivered via AusPost, excluding picking and packing time.

Order Fulfillment With Individual Roasters / Multiple Roasters

All orders placed before 20th of each month (11:59pm AEST) will be sent to our roasters for fulfillment, with packing and shipping completed within a week of orders purchased from our roasters. To keep costs low and ensure high-quality coffee, all orders are packed and shipped directly to you by our team, not the individual roasters.

We work closely with our roasters to ensure coffee is packed and shipped within four business days of receiving the coffees from our roasters. As roasters have specific roasting days, there may be delays if stock is not immediately available.

You will receive an email notification when your order is fulfilled, and you can track its status anytime via our shipping partner, Australia Post.

PURCHASE BEFORE 20th OF EACH MONTH & ALL ORDERS ARE GUARANTEED TO REACH YOU BY THE 1st WEEK OF EACH MONTH
